Naseem, Amy and Chris are our practice nurses and provide services such as health education and immunisation. Your privacy is protected.

TELEPHONE CALLS
It is preferable that a phone number / message is obtained for patient enquires that cannot be resolved by reception or nursing staff, so that the doctor can return the call. Urgent calls will be taken immediately.

FEES
All patients are bulk-billed during surgery hours. For after-hours calls, pensioners and health care card holders are bulk-billed and a fee is charged for other patients.
It is essential for all patients to maintain current address and Medicare details to comply with our billing policy.
