TELEPHONE CALLS
It is preferable that a phone number / message is obtained for patient enquires that cannot be resolved by reception or nursing staff, so that the doctor can return the call. Urgent calls will be taken immediately.

All patients are bulk-billed during surgery hours.
For after-hours calls, pensioners and health care card holders are bulk-billed. A a fee is charged for other patients.
