In October 2009, Inala Primary Care was awarded the prestigious title of "RACCP Qld Practice of the Year - 2009.

This accolade was a huge win for the practice and Inala.  The practice was nominated for the award in June by the CEO and the win came as a wonderful surprise for the staff who were unaware of this nomination.  

General practice and primary health care are at the very centre of health reform and Inala Primary Care acheived the award for creating an innovative model for patient focussed primary health care.  

Cathy Brown (CEO), Dr Suzanne Williams (Clinical Director) and Dr Claire Jackson (IPC Executive Director) travelled to Perth to accept the award on behalf of Inala Primary Care.
