APPOINTMENTS
Please ring (07) 3399 4685 for an appointment. If you need more time with the doctor, please tell the receptionist when you book. Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly.
HOME VISITS
Home visits are available for regular patients of the surgery whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery.
AFTER-HOURS
The practice provides after hours care through Family Care Friendly Society.

Your medical record is a confidential document. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal health information at all times and to ensuring that this information is only available to authorized staff members.
RESULTS
Please phone for any results the doctor may have ordered for you between the hours of 1 pm and 3 pm.
Reception staff are able to let you know the doctor's comment only. All other information should be discussed with your doctor.
TELEPHONE CALLS
Reception staff can assist with your messages, results or other information. Doctors will attempt to return your call at a convenient time. All emergencies should be stated to the receptionist.

FEES
Structured around AMA Fee Schedule. Please pay at the time of consultation by cash, cheque, Visa or MasterCard. Any questions regarding fees may be answered by reception staff.
