If you need more time with the doctor, please tell the receptionist when you make your booking. 
We will always try to deal with more urgent medical problems promptly.  

HOUSE CALLS  
Our practice offers home/institution visits for patients who are unable to attend the clinic and live in the local area.

When the surgery is closed, please ring 9796 1445 (Beaconsfield) or 9754 7477 (Belgrave South) for emergency care details or the Locum Service 132 660 

OUR PRACTICE  
The Medical Clinic Beaconsfield and Belgrave South are fully accredited general practices. We are committed to providing comprehensive general practice care to all individuals and families in the community. We work in conjunction with local specialists, health care groups and services.

TELEPHONE CALLS  
You can contact your doctor by ringing during surgery hours. It is usually best for the doctor to ring you back so that other consultations are not interrupted. 

REMINDER SYSTEM
It is practice policy to enrol patients for Pap smear, Diabetes, Asthma and Immunisation recalls unless otherwise advised by the patient. 

RESULTS 
It is necessary to make a follow-up appointment for results of all tests and procedures. 
It is not practice policy to notify patients of normal results.

FEES 
Payment is due at the time of consultation by cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS. Fees available at Reception.
Concession Cardholders and children under 16 yrs are bulk-billed (conditions apply).
