Practice Information

The Medical Clinic Beaconsfield and Belgrave South are fully accredited general practices.
We are committed to providing comprehensive general practice care to all individuals and families in the community. We work in conjunction with local specialists, health care groups and services. 


FACILITIES
The surgery provides ample car parking and wheelchair access.  There is also a children's playroom.

Our Beaconsfield clinic offers on-site pathology.  Both practices have a pharmacy located next door.

APPOINTMENTS
Please phone our clinic for an appointment. If you need more time with the doctor, please tell the receptionist when you make your booking. We will always try to deal with more urgent medical problems promptly.

FEES
Payment of $60.00 for a standard consultation is due at the time of consultation by cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS.  Pensioners, Veteran Affairs and Health Care Card holders and children under 16 years are bulk-billed.

PRESCRIPTIONS
It is practice policy that an appointment is needed if you require a script. Our doctors feel that it is best and safest for our clients to return for all script renewals. This allows for medication to be reviewed and your health to be monitored. Under exceptional circumstances a prescription may be written without a consultation.
