HOURS
Monday          9 am - 7 pm
Tues - Thurs   9 am - 7.30pm
Friday            9 am - 6 pm
Saturday        9 am - 11 am 

Evening surgery on Tuesday to Thursday is mainly for working people who find it difficult to get to the doctor at other times. 

APPOINTMENTS
Consultation is normally by appointment but urgent cases are attended to immediately. If you feel you may need a long consultation, please advise the receptionist. This practice may choose to charge a fee for missed appointments.

HOUSE CALLS 
Available for patients of the practice who are unable to get to the surgery. Please speak to the receptionist.

AFTER-HOURS
Monday - Thursday, please ring the surgery on 5482 5551 and your call will be diverted to the doctor-on-call's home. 
Friday - Sunday, the practice participates in the Cooloola Weekend After Hours Medical Service located at the Cooloola Private Hospital - ring 5483 9191 for week-end emergencies.

Our aim is to provide the best possible service. If you have a suggestion for improving the Clinic or are dissatisfied with your treatment, please discuss this with one of the doctors or receptionists. Alternatively, contact the Health Rights Commission, ph 1800 077 308.
 
The doctors and staff believe the confidentiality of your medical records is of paramount importance. Our Privacy Policy (in line with National Privacy Principles legislation) is available on request. 

Please ring the surgery if you require brief telephone advice. Your doctor will either take the call or ring you back later. For repeat prescriptions, you may come to the surgery without an appointment. You will be charged a brief consultation fee for this service. 

Off-street car parking is available behind the surgery building.

FEES
Fees can be paid by cash, cheque, MasterCard, Visa, AMEX or EFTPOS. A discount is given for payment at the time of consultation (for in-hours consultations). 

PENSIONERS pay a small fee, usually $3-5 above the Medicare rebate. HEALTH CARE CARD holders are charged a reduced fee. VETERANS may sign the service voucher.
