Can my arthritis be cured by changing my diet?

No. There is no scientific proof that any diet cures arthritis, in spite of the many popular “arthritis” diets. Oranges and other citrus fruits, pineapple, tomatoes and vinegar do not cause arthritis. Weight loss can help by reducing the pressure on joints.
