OUR PRACTICE
Our friendly reception staff are available to make appointments or help in any way. Please talk to your doctor or the Head Receptionist if you have any complaints or suggestions.  All patient information and medical records are strictly confidential.

TELEPHONE CALLS
The doctors may be contacted during surgery hours.  If the doctor is with a patient, a message will be taken.  Receptionists are not legally permitted to give results over the phone.

FEES
All initial consultations, children <16yo, Veterans and Concession Card Holders are Bulk Billed. Five of our Doctors Bulk Bill ALL patients so please ask our receptionists for details.

Fees for privately billed patients vary depending on the doctor, length and complexity of the consults and whether it is a weekend or weekday. A standard consult is $55 of which you will receive $34.30 back from Medicare. Hence, the out of pocket cost is $20.70

For those in financial hardship, please speak to your doctor.

To give our patients more certainty regarding their medical costs, we have introduced a Safety Net Concession Card which caps the gap payment to about $230/person/year. Please ask our receptionists for more details.

Payments are made via cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Eftpos.

We have EasyClaim which will allow your Medicare rebate to be paid directly into your bank account.
