House emergency calls are available for eligible patients. Please telephone the practice.

PRACTICE POLICIES
-Complaints and suggestions: Please direct any feedback to the practice manager or your doctor.
-Test results: Please telephone the receptionist between 12 noon and 2pm to see if your results are available. A follow up appointment is required for most radiology and pathology results.
-Repeat scripts & medical certificates: Please make an appointment with your doctor for medical certificates or prescriptions. Only some repeat prescriptions may not require a consultation (check with reception)*.
-Your privacy: All patient information and medical records are strictly confidential.
FEES
Standard consultation - from $15*.
Longer Consultation - from $15*.
Registered Workcover and TAC patients incur no fee directly *.
Pensioners, Veterans Affairs and Health Care Cardholders incur no fee at our Collingwood branch and a $15 fee at our North Fitzroy branch.
Consultations on the weekend, public holidays and after 5 pm during the week incur a policy of no bulk billing or concession fees. Private fees apply.IMMEDIATE REBATES AVAILABLE.
