Monday to Friday  8 am – 7.30 pm
Saturday              9 am – 12 pm

APPOINTMENTS
Appointments may be made by telephone or at reception. Standard appointment time is 15 minutes but longer appointments – up to 45 minutes are available when necessary for complex problems, procedures, counselling, pre-employment and insurance examinations.

HOME VISITS
Available to regular patients within the practice area by phoning the practice. 

AFTER-HOURS
To obtain after hours attention please telephone the practice on 9842 2555 where an operator will direct you to the appropriate medical service.  If urgent, dial 000.

OUR PRACTICE
Jan, Helen, Anita, Karen, Lexie  and Amanda are our dedicated reception staff.  They are committed to providing you with the best care. 
Anne is our Practice Manager and can assist you with any queries. She is very involved in accreditation, ensuring that your practice maintains a high level according to the Standards of General Practice.
Our nurses, Andrea and Julie, can assist with travel medicine, team care planning and health assessments.
 
The practice also provides a dedicated Diabetes Clinic, Respiratory Clinic and, in the near future, Mental Health Nurse. Please ask at reception regarding these sessions. 

Your doctor may ask you if you wish to have reminders mailed to you for preventative medicine and health services appropriate to your care.

TELEPHONE CALLS
We try to keep interruptions to a minimum, however, you may leave your doctor a message. Your doctor may leave a comment regarding your results for the nurse or receptionists to give you.  A follow up consultation may be required.

FEES
All fees are determined by your doctor at the time of consultation. A list of our current fees is displayed in the waiting room. 
We request that all fees are paid at the time of consultation by cash, cheque, credit card or eftpos. Our practice is equipped with a facility which enables your refund to be paid from Medicare directly back to your nominated account.
