If you get sick when the surgery is closed, please phone the Locum Service on 132 660.

You can contact your doctor by phoning during surgery hours. Emergency calls will be put straight through, otherwise a message will be taken, and your doctor will return the call as soon as time allows.
Email is available for non-urgent matters only.

To get the result of any tests you are having, your doctor will ask you to either make a later appointment, or ring the clinic for follow up arrangements.

House calls are available if you are too sick to come to the surgery. Please ring in the morning if possible so that house calls can be made at lunchtime.

Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, cheque, MasterCard, Visa or eftpos. A current fee list is available on request.
If you have difficulty paying our fees at any time, please discuss this with us.
Pensioners, Veterans Affairs cardholders and Health Care cardholders are bulk-billed.

If you have a concern regarding an account, please ask to speak with Caroline Roberts.
