APPOINTMENTS
Appointments are not essential. Urgent medical problems will be dealt with promptly.
HOUSE CALLS
We are happy to visit you at home if you are too sick to come to the surgery. We also visit nursing homes.
AFTER-HOURS
If you get sick late at night, please ring the Sydney Medical Service Cooperative on 8724 6300 and a
doctor will visit you at home. Otherwise go to the Emergency Department of the local hospital.

All patient information is strictly confidential and your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.
If you have any complaints or suggestions at any time, please speak to one of the doctors or receptionists.
Phone calls will only be taken between consultations. Results will not be given over the phone. Please see your doctor for an explanation of your results.
Our practice is committed to preventive care. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventive health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system please let us know at reception.
FEES
All valid Medicare card holders will be bulk-billed for surgery consultations. Pensioners, Veterans Affairs cardholders and health care cardholders are bulk-billed for home visits.
