OUR PRACTICE
The surgery is located near the McDonalds Restaurant on George Street, Beenleigh.
We do not issue repeat prescriptions or pathology results without a consultation. Please make an appointment to see the doctor for these services.

COMPLAINTS
We take your concerns, suggestions and complaints very seriously. Please feel free to contact the Practice Manager. If you wish to take the matter further you can contact the Office of the Health Ombudsman (PO Box 13281 George Street, Brisbane QLD 4003, or phone 133 646).

FEES
All eligible patients are bulk-billed. Please bring your Medicare card with you to the surgery and present it at every visit. Some consultations are not covered by Medicare (reports, medicals, etc). Please enquire at reception.
WorkCover accounts are sent direct to WorkCover or the Insurance Company. Medical reports will incur a fee, enquire at reception.
To transfer a Full Patient Medical File to another Medical Practice, a cost of $33 inc GST will incur and will be payable by the patient. A Health Summary Only, will be at no cost. It will be sent directly to the requesting Medical Practice.
