Online appointments are only available for General Consultations only (Not for PAP smears) In the event of your preferred docotor is not available we will ring your mobile to inform your to organise another appointment.
Types of Appointments
We offer the following types of appointments:
Short: 5 mins
Renewed prescriptions and ongoing referral letters

Normal: 10-15 mins
Routine care, preventive care, chronic care, referral letters to new specialists
Routine care, preventive care, chronic care, referral letters to new specialists
Long: 30 mins
New patients, excisions, complex conditions

Extra Long: 45 mins
Full medical check-ups, counselling, patient’s carer or translator is present

Use above descriptions as guideline when booking appointments and inform receptionist if you think long consultation is necessary.
We encourage patients to see the same doctor of their choice at every visit if the doctor is available, to build up healthy Doctor-Patient relationship for ongoing care.
