If you have your health summary uploaded by your own Doctor this will help you out a lot where ever you are,
No more medication mix ups and things done you don’t need and your doctor will know exactly what has been done if he or she needs to undo anything.

Please ring 4284 2850 for an appointment. Please notify the receptionist at the time of booking if you require more time with the doctor. Time has been allocated daily for URGENT appointments in the morning and afternoon sessions. To obtain these appointments please ring first thing in the morning.
House calls are available for patients within a reasonable distance from the Practice who are house bound or are too ill to attend the Practice. Please ring in the morning for lunch time visits.
When the surgery is closed, please ring Wollongong Medical Service on 4228 5522.
Receptionists Angie and Susie are available to make bookings or help in any way, Also Roberta is on Wednesday afternoons.
Our Practice is committed to preventative care and utilises a computerised reminder system to offer you health services appropriate to your care.
It is the policy of this Practice to maintain the security and confidentiality of all personal health information, making it available only to authorised members of staff.
We welcome any feedback, suggestions or criticism to help us improve our services and maintain a high level of care. A suggestion box is available in the waiting room if you would prefer your feedback to remain anonymous.
Emergency calls will always be put straight to the doctor. To avoid inconveniencing other patients, non urgent phone calls will be returned as soon as practical.
Over 60 with Pension Card & under 16s will be Bulk Billed. HCC holders will be charged at a discounted rate. You must bring your current Medicare Card or Health Care Card with you on all consults.
