Pensioners, HCC, Seniors Card, under-16 year olds, members of Latrobe Health Services with hospital cover are bulk-billed. The fee for private patients is $60 for a standard consultation payable on the day.
Please ring 5127 9800 for an appointment. Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly; less urgent conditions without an appointment may incur some waiting time. Longer appointments are available on request. An interpreting service can be arranged. Appointments are required for repeat prescriptions and results of tests. Please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment.
RESULTS Your doctor will instruct the receptionist to contact you should you require a further consultation regarding the results of any investigations you may be required to undergo.
Messages are passed onto the doctor and calls returned as soon as possible.

For after hours medical attention call MAHMS on 5127 9111. For emergencies, dial 000 for an ambulance or go to your nearest hospital. Calls may be made directly to one of our doctors. These calls may incur an out of pocket fee of up to $150. The number to call is 0487 005 650.

Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.
Occasionally student doctors and nurses will be in attendence. Your prior consent to them being present will be sought before your appointment.
Part of our accreditation process includes reviewing random medical records; this is conducted under legislated privacy guidelines.
