Monday-Thursday   8.30am – 5.00pm, Friday 7am to 2pm.

APPOINTMENTS
Please ring (02) 6645 3299 for an appointment. If you need more time with the doctor, please tell the receptionist when you make your booking. Urgent medical problems are dealt with promptly.

RESULTS
If your doctor has requested you to have tests or investigations, the doctor will check your result and an automated text message will be sent to you letting you know if an appointment is required.

For after hours urgent medical problems, please call your 0417 473 299 for the on call doctor or contact the Maclean Hospital, telephone (02) 6640 0111.

HOUSE CALLS
Home visits may be available if you are too sick to come to the surgery. Please call the surgery to check doctors availability.

Our friendly reception staff Lee, Tracie, Kylie, Denise, Katie and Leisa are happy to make appointments or help in any way.

Ange & Clare are our Practice nurse’s and are happy to help with all your nursing requirements. Ange offers specialty clinics for Asthma management and smoking cessation.

Your medical record is confidential. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this is only available to authorised staff. If you require a copy of your health information as you are leaving the area, when you arrive at your next practice sign an authority for us to release your information and a copy of your file will be forwarded. A copy of the APP privacy policy is available at reception.

If you have a problem, we would like to hear about it. Please talk to your doctor or receptionist or you may prefer to write to us or use our suggestion box. If you wish to take the complaint further contact the Health Care Complaint Commission on 1800 043 159.

TELEPHONE CALLS AND EMAILS
If you need to speak to the doctor during surgery hours please put in a request with our reception staff to be passed on to your Doctor. Reception staff check our emails daily. We will respond when able, if urgent please call.

FEES
Please pay at the time of consultation by cash, cheque or EFTPOS. We have the latest Tyro machine which enables you to receive your refund from Medicare into your bank account on the same day. If you have any difficulty paying our fees at any time, please do not hesitate to discuss it with us.
