Our practice manager is Michelle Curtis Our friendly reception staff of Sue, Liz, Catherine, Prue, Imogen,  Eve and Zoe are available to make bookings or help in any way. We value your privacy and it is our policy to maintain the security of your health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised staff. Our practice does not use social media. A copy of our privacy policy is available in the reception area.

RESULTS

At the time of consultation, your doctors will advise when they expect your results and whether you can call or need to make a return appointment. For test results please speak to reception staff. If necessary the nurse or  your doctor will phone you later to discuss the results. It is the policy of Deepdene Surgery that we do not email results.

DEALING WITH FEEDBACK

FEES

From the 1st November Deepdene Surgery will be ceasing BULK BILLING.

This is a PRIVATE BILLING practice. Only Veterans Affair’s patients are bulkbilled. There is NO Bulk Billing on Saturday’s Fees are payable at the time of consultation by cash, cheque, Mastercard, Visa or EFTPOS otherwise a $5 administration fee applies. If you have difficulty in paying for your consultation, please discuss this with our Practice Manager. Billing:                                                            Medicare: Our standard consultation fee is $88       ( out of pocket $ 49.80) Our long consultation fee is $145             ( out of pocket $ 71.05)   Scripts and referrals outside consultations. $ 20     deepdene-staff
