Appointments 7.30am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 3pm Saturdays.

FOLLOWUP OF RESULTS
All patients are encouraged to make a follow-up appointment to discuss any test results with their doctor if possible. Please phone 49867427 to speak with a nurse. Nurses answering these calls will advise of results if doctor has marked as ok to do so or arrange follow up appointments to discuss if required. Patients with results that the doctor has marked as needing followup will be contacted by phone or SMS. If unable to contact via phone/SMS after several attempts then letters will be sent to ensure followup occurs.
HOUSE CALLS
Available at the doctor’s discretion. Patients having difficulty accessing transport to our location please advise reception when booking
AFTER-HOURS
Ring 4986 7400 for opening hours or you can ring my emergency doctor on 1800 123 633 for 24/7 phone consults (charges apply). Please present to Emerald Hospital ED for urgent care.
FEES
The practice does not bulk-bill. A copy of the current fees is displayed at reception. Full payment is required at the time of consultation with most claims being submitted to medicare for instant rebate.

Doctors do not take phone calls during consultations however a message will be forwarded to them & if appropriate calls returned at their earliest opportunity. Patients of our practice have the right to access their personal health information under the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000. Requests should be made in writing. A fee may be charged. All patient information is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purposes of providing medical care to the patient. EXERCISE STRESS TESTING is now available with same day reporting. Bookings via reception.
Our Better Healthcare Foundation raises money to improve health services in the Central Highlands. Funds raised so far have been used to purchase stress test equipment, mask fit testing machine, emergency simulation equipment for training, urinalysis machine and fund services for Headspace.
