APPOINTMENTS
Please ring 8522 1844 for an appointment. Appointments are normally 10 minutes. If you need more time, please tell the receptionist when you book. Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly. We keep several ‘on day’ appointments for daily emergencies.

TEST RESULTS
Due to medico-legal ramifications, the majority of test results are not available to be advised over the phone therefore requiring an appointment with the Doctor.

HOUSE CALLS
Home visits are made when necessary. If you need of a home visit, please contact the surgery as soon as possible after 8.30 am, conditions do apply. Gap payment applicable.

AFTER-HOURS

After hours service is provided through the Gawler Health Service Ph 85212043 or via a locum service by calling 13SICK (Ph 13 7425). With patient permission we are sent information on these consults for follow-up purposes.

REMINDER SERVICE 
The surgery has a fully computerised system for immunisation, cervical screenings, etc.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS and REFERRAL REQUESTS
An appointment with your Doctor is required to obtain a prescription or referral. If your Doctor issues a prescription or referral without you attending the surgery a $15.00 charge is payable. 

FEES

We are not a bulk billing clinic. Please pay at the time of consult by cash, cheque or EFTPOS.
Bulk-billing is available to Veterans Affairs gold card-holders only.
Co-payments for excisions of lesions and wound repair apply.
