EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST

We currently have an opportunity for an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our clinical team.

This position is based on the Great Port Macquarie region of the Mid North Coast, New South Wales. The position is clinically based on work delivering exercise and lifestyle interventions to individuals with chronic conditions. Working with our clinical team you will be involved in delivering services to the broad range of population groups within our community. The position would suit a qualified Exercise Physiologist who is looking to cement themselves as a key member of our team and be part of the patient’s journey to better health. This position to start with is available on a Casual basis with scope to become full-time in the future.

The specific requirements are:

Member of ESSA
Own professional indemnity insurance
Be committed to ongoing professional development
Be prepared to embrace innovation
Be able to work both independently and autonomously as well as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
Work with our General Practitioners, visiting allied health such a dietician and social workers to provide quality outcomes for our patients
