Dr Michael Fenton joined the team at Kincumber Doctors in 2016 and has an interest in all areas of family medicine. He graduated from the University of Sydney in 2011 and completed his internship and residency at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital. He fellowed with the Royal Australian College of General Physicians in 2017.

Mark graduated from the University of NSW in 1982 and worked at Gosford Hospital until 1986, gaining experience in all areas of medicine relating to General Practice. He then joined Chris Allen in Kincumber and has been with us since. He is interested in all areas of general practice. He is married with 3 sons.

Assoc. Prof. Dr Ian Charlton M.D, M.B.B.S, M.R.C.G.P.
Ian graduated from University of NSW in 1982, training in Newcastle he completed his GP training in the UK. He worked as a Research Fellow in General Practice where he developed his particular interest in Asthma and back conditions. Ian has completed his MD Thesis on “Asthma Care in General Practice”. He is married with 1 daughter and 1 son both of whom have followed him into the world of medicine. Ian also has a keen interest in playing the Drums and rides a surf board.

Dr Latter graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery in 2014. Previously Winston completed a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering at Queens University, Kingston Canada. He joins us with considerable experience in emergency medicine from both Gosford and Wyong Hospitals and has been working in the local area as a GP for the last 12months.
