If you need a longer appointment, please notify reception during booking. Urgent medical problems will ­always be dealt with promptly.

House calls

We are available to visit you at home if you are too sick to attend the surgery. Please ring in the morning so that home visits can be made at lunchtime.

After-hours

In an Emergency situation, please call 000.

Existing patients can contact 0468 433 387  for non-urgent health issues during after hours. This consultation is private to all patients and incurs a fee of minimum $250 onwards.

Location

Our Casino Practice is located next to McDonald’s, opposite St Mary’s Catholic College and Church. Parking is available at the rear of practice.

Results

Reception staff can assist with your results or other information. Reception staff are able to let you know the doctor’s comment only. All other information should be discussed with your doctor. All emergencies should be stated to the receptionist.

Your medical record is a confidential document. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of your personal health information at all times and to ensuring this information is only available to authorized staff members

Complaints/ Suggestions

If you have a complaint about the service you have received, we would like to hear about it so that we may respond. You may either:

  • Discuss the issue with your doctor.
  • Discuss or write a letter to the Practice Manager, Shaji Mundattu
  • If you still feel your complaint has not been addressed, you may contact the Health Service Complaints Commission NSW (02) 9921-9744.

Telephone Calls

Unfortunately, doctors will not generally be able to take phone calls during a consultation. The doctor will return your call as soon as is practicable. If the matter is urgent please let staff know. You can also contact us through E-mail and Fax for appointments but not for clinical matters.
