We provide DEDICATED CLINICS for Diabetes, Respiratory and Mental Health – to improve chronic disease outcomes. Please ask your GP for any assistance regarding referral into these popular clinics or enquire at reception.
OPENING HOURS:
Monday to Thursday 8 am – approximately 7:30pm dependant on appointments
Friday 8 am – approximately 6:00pm dependant on appointments
Saturday 9 am – 12 pm dependant on appointments
SERVICES
Check Ups, Care in Nursing Homes and Private Hospitals, Family Planning, Pap Smears, Pregnancy Tests, Antenatal Care, Counselling, ECG – heart check, Vaccinations, Skin Checks, Nutritional Advice and Preventative Health Checks
TRAVEL MEDICINE
We can provide a comprehensive Travel Service. Please make a half hour appointment with Andrea Hogan, our Travel Nurse, about six weeks before your trip
PREVENTATIVE CARE
We provide reminder notices for preventative health services. Notify your GP if you do not wish to receive them.
APPOINTMENTS
The standard appointment time is 15 minutes. Appointments up to 45 minutes are available when necessary. Emergencies are always given priority.
HOME VISITS
Available to regular patients within the practice area by phoning the practice.
AFTER-HOURS
After hours please phone the practice on 9842 2555. If urgent, dial 000.
TELEPHONE CALLS/RESULTS
To reduce interruptions you may leave your doctor a message. Your doctor may leave a comment on your results for the nurse or receptionist to give you.
FEES
All fees are determined by your doctor at the time of consultation. There is a list of fees diplayed in the waiting room. Please pay at the time of consultation by cash, cheque, credit card or eftpos. We can arrange for Medicare refunds to be paid directly to your account. Allied Health Consultations can be rebated through Hicaps
