HOUSE CALLS
We are available for home visits if you are too unwell to attend the surgery. This service is available for regular patients who live within 3km of the surgery.
AFTER-HOURS
When the surgery is closed please telephone WADEMS our locum service on 9321 9133.

Your medical record is a confidential document. The practice policy is to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.
TELEPHONE CALLS
Before telephoning to speak with the doctor, please consider whether the matter is better dealt with by having a consultation.
Our staff members are experienced in helping you decide whether your problem needs an appointment, a return phone call or urgent advice. Emergency calls will always be put straight through.
RESULTS
If you have had blood tests, x-rays or other investigations please make an appointment to obtain your results. We will contact you if you require to be seen urgently. Please ensure we have your current contact details.
FEES
This is a mixed billing practice. Fees are payable at the time of consultation. A list of fees is available at reception.
Please pay by cash, Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS.
Eligible pensioners and Veterans Affair cardholders, children under the age of 12 and Health Care Card holders are bulk-billed.
