WALK IN CLINIC
There is a private fee for our walk in clinic with a medicare rebate (this is time based).
The waiting time for our walk-in clinic can be 2 hours. Walk in appointments are short consultations only.
If you need more time with the doctor, please advise our receptionist when making your appointment. Emergencies and urgent medical problems will always take priority.
AFTER HOURS/HOME VISITS
For after hours emergencies contact the Home Doctor Services, Tel 13 SICK. Operation hours are from
6 pm – 8 am weekdays, Saturday 12 noon – All day Sundays and Public Holidays.
Alternatively, you can present to the nearest Hospital – Emergency Department.
Doctors can make visits to regular patients of our practice where it is safe and reasonable. This is done at the doctor’s discretion
Our friendly reception staff are available to make appointments or help in any way. Please talk the Practice Manager if you have any complaints or suggestions. All patient information and medical records are strictly confidential.
We are also a training practice which means we have registrars who are fully qualified doctors that are developing their skills in General Practice. Please see “Our Registrars” page for more information.
Please make a follow up appointment with your regular GP to discuss your test results. Reception Staff can not give out tests results over the phone. All results must be discussed with a GP.
According to our accreditation standard, email is regarded as not “secure” and the information transferred through this method is not encrypted. Please do not transfer clinical and/or confidential information via email. Information that is of a clinical nature will not be processed and will be deleted.
