Port Sorell Medical Centre are pleased to accept new patients who are new to the Port Sorell and nearby surrounding areas. We can also organise the transfer of your medical records from your previous practice if this is required.
We welcome patients who are visiting the Port Sorell Area from interstate, overseas, or outside the North West Coast of Tasmania. These patients will be charged a private fee for their consultations with a Medicare rebate available to claim for those eligible.
All our staff, patients and visitors have the right to a safe and comfortable environment. Any form of harassment, bullying, intimidation, or violence will not be tolerated, and may result in a breakdown of our practice patient relationship.
