Please arrive on time for your appointment as late arrivals cause schedule delays.
It is up to the discretion of the Doctor/Nurse whether you are seen after other patients or offered another appointment.
Sometimes we run late due to someone needing urgent attention. It is not always possible to see your usual doctor in an emergency. If you have an urgent problem please see the doctor on duty. Book a long appointment if you need more time.
Please book a brief appointment for repeat scripts.
If you are unable to keep a booking please notify us well in advance or a non-attendance fee is payable.

This Practice protects your personal health information to ensure it is only available to authorised staff members.
We will send all patients with mobiles an appointment reminder, and we may send you an occasional reminder regarding health services appropriate to your care. If you wish to opt out of this, please let us know.
It is your responsibility to ensure you follow-up test results. Please make a follow-up appointment to see your Dr for results.
Doctors in this practice are competent at handling common health problems. When necessary, they can use opinions from specialists. You can discuss this openly with your doctor.

Most problems are best dealt with in consultation. A doctor is available during normal surgery hours for emergency advice. Our staff are experienced in deciding the appropriate response to any request.
We offer a discount to Pensioners who bring a current entitlement card. As of 1/1/14 all bulk bill patients will be charged for 1 consult per year – Medicare will pay a rebate for this.As of 1st May, 2012, Heath Care Card holders will no longer be automatically bulk billed.
Private patients pay a gap beyond the Medicare refund which varies with the complexity of service or procedure.
Payment at the time of consultation is required. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, credit card or EFTPOS. We now have the facility to enable an immediate refund to your account from medicare.
A small fee may be charged for procedures, dressings and vaccines, to cover costs.
