To book an appointment, please ring 9662 6402. Emergencies and booked appointments are given priority. A long appointment is required for initial or annual health checks, complex medical and mental health problems, health assessments and for insurance medicals.

Home visits are available to regular patients.
Patient inquiries other than emergency calls will be attended to at the end of each session.
ACCESS TO MEDICAL RECORDS
Legislation requires that all patients have access to their medical file. The doctor will provide an up-to-date and accurate summary upon written request. A minimum of one week’s notice is required.
TEST RESULTS / FOLLOW UP
Certain test results cannot be provided over the phone as they require an explanation. Please come in to discuss your results with your doctor.

OUR MEDICAL FEES
Consultation fees are payable at the time of service, including home visits. Pensioners, veterans and the financially disadvantaged are bulk-billed, except for house calls, Saturday and evening surgery. Please check our fee schedule.
