Please phone (03) 6435 1421 for an appointment. To ensure your appointment will suit your needs we advise that you make an appointment well in advance. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred Doctor. Longer consultations are available, please advise reception staff organising your appointment. Allowances are made for emergency appointments, please notify reception staff of the situation.
Please advise reception if you require a medical as you may need to see a Nurse prior to the consultation with your doctor.
Appointments are required to see nurses for all immunisations, dressings etc. between 9:30am –12pm and 2pm – 4pm, Monday to Friday. INRs are done from 8:30am and no appointment is necessary.
North West Pathology are available to take blood between 8:30am – 10:30am.
Home visits are available for regular patients whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery. Where possible, patients are advised to come to the surgery, as more facilities are available for diagnosis and/or treatment. Please discuss with your GP the availability of these appointments.
The practice provides 24-hour care for patients. Please phone our normal number 6435 1421 for on call details. To improve our after hours service our surgery is now open from 6pm to 8pm Monday to Friday on a walk in basis and you can see the on call doctor. These times may vary from time to time to accommodate staff training and GP availability. We are open on weekends and public holidays (except Christmas Day) and suggest patients call (03) 6435 1421 to check on opening times as these vary depending on the doctor on call. In case of an emergency please go to hospital or dial 000 for an ambulance.
All patients are now required to attend an appointment to see the Doctor for their repeat prescriptions.

We may issue you with reminder notices offering preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system please let reception know.
Follow up results can be obtained by making an appointment or by phoning our reception staff who will obtain a message from your doctor after reviewing your file.

- Telephone calls
Our Doctors prefer not to take telephone calls whilst consulting. Reception staff will screen calls and if required a message will be passed to the Doctor.
Please pay at the time of consultation. A standard consultation is $50.00 and the Medicare rebate is currently $38.20.
A gap fee may be offered if you are unable to pay the full amount. Please discuss first with the accounts clerk.
We can electronically claim your Medicare rebate back on the day, through ‘Tyro’. Please ensure you have your current Medicare card & a card linked to either a savings or cheque account to receive the refund.
