We have 3 full time GP’s, 1 part time GP, 1 part time Podiatrist, and 1 full time Practice Nurse.   Dr Diana Merhi   Diana has worked in medicine for over 25 years.  She is a graduate of Sydney University. She has worked in the hospital system, general and private practice during this time. Diana enjoys working with children and has a special interest in learning difficulties and children and adults with developmental disabilities. She continues to work at Ryde Rehabilitation Hospital on a regular basis providing Health Assessments to adults with developmental disabilities. Diana also visits several ‘group homes’ where she performs health assessments to disabled clients. Diana has published articles on Downs Syndrome and has researched the usefulness of the CHAP assessment tool in general practice. She has also spent many years working in the area of Women’s Health and is involved in the shared antenatal care program. Diana is also fluent in speaking Croatian and French.   Dr Sarah Sivabalan Sarah completed her MBBS at Western Sydney University in 2013 before further training at Concord Hospital.  She has obtained her Fellowship in General Practice as well as additional training with a Certificate of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Mental Health Skills Training.  She has extensive experience in women’s health, geriatrics (elderly), chronic disease management, paediatrics and mental health.  She teaches empathy and communication to medical students through workshops with the Pam Mclean Institute.  Dr Sivabalan has a warm and welcoming personality and is dedicated to patient care.  Sarah enjoys travelling, being outdoors, watching the NRL and listening to podcasts.   Dr Teilah Huth Dr Teilah Huth graduated from Notre Dame University in 2021 and completed her PhD in immunology in 2017. She completed her intern and residency years at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney in 2022 and 2023.  Dr Huth looks forward to being able to provide continuity of care to a diverse range of patients and medical presentations and has a keen interest in paediatrics, women’s health and geriatrics.   Dr Lauren McCormack Lauren has worked in medicine for over 6 years. She graduated from the University of New England/Newcastle, and undertook her internship and residency years in the Hunter New England region, spending time in both rural and metropolitan areas. Lauren has a passion for all aspects of primary healthcare and enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds to deliver personalised, holistic care. She has completed a Diploma in Child Health and is currently pursuing interests in Dermatology and Sexual Health. **Dr McCormack will be away on maternity leave from October, and is hoping to return mid 2024**   Sawako Nose – Practice Nurse Sawako completed her Bachelor of Nursing at University of Tasmania and has worked in General Practice for over 10 years. She is an Accredited Authorised Nurse Immuniser and has been trained to perform iron infusions. She has a particular interest in Paediatrics and enjoys the varied role of Practice Nurse including immunisations, wound care and chronic disease management.     Mig Rees – Podiatrist Mig has a special interest in heel pain, arthritis, dysfunctional tendons, general podiatry, paediatric podiatry, and post surgical therapy.
