APPOINTMENTS
Please ring 8632 6700 for an appointment. If you need more time with the doctor, please tell the receptionist when you make your booking. Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly.
HOUSE CALLS
We are available to visit you at home (strict conditions apply). Unless the matter is urgent, it is helpful if we have at least 48 hours notice to attend to your request.

TELEPHONE CALLS
Doctors can be contacted, when available, during usual practice hours. A message can be left with the reception staff when the doctor is not available, or you can speak with the practice nurse.

FEES
Please pay at the time of consultation by Cash, Cheque, Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS. A list of fees are located at Reception. If you have any difficulty paying our fees at any time, please do not hesitate to discuss it with us.
Pensioners, Veterans Affairs cardholders and Health Care cardholders are bulk-billed.
