Dr Clement GORDON
Graduated MB BS (Qld) in 1978. He has had a wide hospital and general practice experience before commencing as a GP in Warialda in 1989. His postgraduate qualifications before moving to Warialda include Diploma of the Royal Australian College of Obstetrics and Gynaecologists, Diploma of Anaesthetics (United Kingdom), Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.
Since arriving in Warialda his commitment to general practice and continuing medical education has continued. He has also completed Postgraduate Diplomas in Family Medicine and Rural Health.
Dr Diana COOTE
Graduated MB BS (Qld) in 1978 and has had 28 years experience as a GP. She has completed a Fertility Control course with the Australian Family Planning Association and regularly attends the Rural Health Continuing Education programs. In addition to comprehensive general practice care she has special interests in obstetric care, paediatrics, women’s health interests and counselling.
Dr Elizabeth GORDON
Graduated MB BS (Qld) at James Cook University in 2008. She has completed four years at Tamworth Base Hospital and finished GP training in 2015. Her interests are predominantly in Women’s Health and Paediatrics.

APPOINTMENTS
Please ring (02) 6729 1520 for an appointment. Patients attending without a booking will be fitted in at the earliest available time. Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly.
HOME AND OTHER VISITS
Where safe and reasonable, our practice makes visits to regular practice patients in their homes, aged or residential care facilities, or in hospitals within and outside of normal working hours and is decided on upon the GP’s discretion.

COMMUNICATION POLICY
An incoming telephone call is the principal method for initial and subsequent communication by a patient and most other persons to this practice. As such, the telephone is recognised as a vital vehicle for creating a positive first impression, displaying a caring, confident attitude and acting as a reassuring resource for our patients and others.
Communication with patients via electronic means (e.g.Fax) is conducted with appropriate regard to the privacy Laws relating to health information and confidentiality of the patients health information.
FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS
We have a suggestion box which is located in the waiting room. The box is checked and any suggestions are acted on by the practice manager.

FEES
We are a bulk billing practice. However, if you do not have Medicare card you will have to pay for your consult.
We also charge an $80 fee for a commercial licence medical assessment.
We can not Bulk Bill any consults for the Physiotherapist. The fee’s may vary. If you have any question please ask the Reception Staff.
FOLLOW UP OF RESULTS
All test results, including pathology results, diagnostic imaging and investigation reports, and clinical correspondence received is reviewed by the GP. If your results need to be urgently discussed a staff member will call the patient.
PRIVACY
Your medical record is a confidential document. It our policy to maintain the security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised members of staff.
