Please ring 9734 4111 for an appointment. If you feel you need a longer consultation, please let the receptionist know. Urgent medical problems are always dealt with promptly.

HOUSE CALLS
We are happy to visit you at home if you are too sick to come to the surgery. Please ring 9734 4111 in hours and 0418 922 237 after hours.

AFTER-HOURS
When the surgery is closed, please ring 0418 922 237 for the on-call doctor. If you go to casualty at Collie Hospital and need attention, the nurse will call the on-call doctor of the practice to attend you.

OUR PRACTICE
There is a drop off and collection parking bay at the Harvey Street surgery entrance. The surgery may be entered either from Harvey Street or the Collie Central carpark.
Telephone access to doctors is possible by ringing 9734 4111. The doctor may elect to return your call later if the problem is not urgent.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you have a problem, please feel free to talk to your doctor or the receptionist. You may prefer to write to us or use our suggestion box.
However, you may feel you wish to discuss the complaint with an independent agency:

FEES
Full payment is required at time of consultation. We accept all major credit cards, EFTPOS, cheques and cash. All  Pensioners, Child Centrelink Card holders and Veterans Affairs Card holders will be bulk billed. If you have a Centrelink Health Care Card you will be billed privately at a reduced fee. Your Doctor may bulk bill you at their discretion.
