The surgery is open:
Mon to Thurs  8.30am – 7pm
Friday            8.30am – 6pm
Saturday        8.30am – 12pm

APPOINTMENTS 
Please ring 9665 4519 for an appointment. If you need more time with the doctor, please tell the receptionist when you make your booking. Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly.

HOUSE CALLS 
Home visits will be available to patients whose medical condition does not allow them to attend the surgery. It is generally preferable to see patients at the surgery as the necessary equipment is on hand for all the required investigation and treatment.

AFTER-HOURS
When the surgery is closed after-hours calls are available, but we would ask you to restrict these to URGENT matters only. Should an after-hours call be needed, please contact the Sydney Medical Service on 8724 6300.

OUR PRACTICE
Our friendly reception staff, led by Denise, and Ann, are available to make bookings or help in any way.
All patient information and medical records are strictly confidential.

TELEPHONE CALLS
You can contact your doctor by ringing during surgery hours. Emergency calls will always be put straight through.

FEES
All fees for consultations, surgical procedures and routine medicals are payable at the time of consultation, whether by cash, credit card or EFTPOS.
Bulk-billing is only available to bona fide Commonwealth Healthcare Cardholders and children 16 years or younger.
