MBBS (Fiji), FRACGP (Aust), Master of Health Management (Aust), Master of Health Social Sciences (Aust), Master of Clinical Epidemiology (Aust). Performs minor surgery, experienced in the broad range of general practice to all age groups.

Dr Parvin ISHRI
MBBS, FRACGP (Aust), Frontline Management Boxhill Vic, Diploma in Child Health, Clinical Teaching, ACRRM.
Interests include womens health, child health, dermatology, chronic disease management, preventative health, weight loss management, mental health, mens health, minor surgery.

Dr Rashed AZIZ
MBBS (Bangladesh), FRACGP (Australia). Interests in general medicine, geriatrics, minor operations, family and emergency medicine.

Dr Fatema KHATUN

MBBS (Bangladesh), MPH (Masters Of Public Health- University Of Dhaka). Interest in general medicine, Maternal and Child Health.

Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm
Saturday –  8.30am – 12noon

Appointments are necessary. Ring 4154 2466 for an appointment with your doctor of choice.
If you need a longer appointment, please tell the receptionist when you make your booking. Completion of Centrelink forms and employment medicals always need a longer appointment.
Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly.

We can visit you at home only if you are too sick to come to the surgery if we have a Doctor available for the home visit. Please note this visit will be afterhours when the Doctor completes their day and a fee will be involved as home visits are not bulk billed. If you require a home visit, please call the surgery as soon as possible after 8am. If this is a URGENT situation call 000.

When the surgery is closed, the Friendlies Hospital Afterhours Service in Woondooma Street is available on  Saturdays from 12pm to 6pm and Sundays and public holidays from 10a to 5pm and public holidays from 10am to 5pm. Appointments are not necessary. There is a fee for this service.
House Call Doctor is available Monday to Friday from 6pm to 8am with the call centre opening at 4pm. Saturday the service is available from Noon with the call centre opening at 10am and on sunday and public holidays the service is open 24 hours along with the call centre.
You can also call the Afterhours GP Helpline on 1800 022 222 for advice from 6pm-8am Mon to Sat, 12 noon Sat to 8 am Mon and 24 hours on public holidays. In Qld you can also access the helpline by calling 13HEALTH

Patient information and medical records are strictly confidential. Please talk to your doctor or the practice manager about any complaints or suggestions.

If you need to contact your doctor please phone the surgery during opening hours and leaving a message with reception for the Doctor to action when able. Please note with reception if this is Urgent when they are taking your call. ONLY other Doctors and Specialist calls are put through.

Patients who hold a Medicare card are bulk-billed for all Medicare items. Exceptions include items such as insurance, pre-employment or commercial driving licence medical examinations. Our surgery charges a $55.00 did not arrive fee if less than 2 hours notice is given to cancel the appointment.

Please bring your Medicare card and pension or concession card with you.
