APPOINTMENTS
Please phone for an appointment. Urgent medical problems are given priority. Please notify reception when booking if you require a longer consultation, or if an interpreter is required.

HOME VISITS
Home visits are available for regular patients of this practice whose condition prevents them from attending the surgery. A private fee may be payable for this service.

AFTER-HOURS
For emergencies please phone 000. If you require after-hours care, please phone 6682 4500 for instructions. All after-hours services attract a $150 fee.

All patient information and medical records are strictly confidential. Patients have the right to access their personal health information.

Our practice is committed to preventative care. A reminder notice may be issued for appropriate services. If you don’t want this service please let reception know.

TELEPHONE CALLS
Most problems are best dealt with in a consultation. During Covid 19 telephone consults are the preferred method of consultation. A doctor or registered nurse is always available during surgery hours for emergency advice. Messages for doctors can be left, return phone calls are usually made at the end of the day.

GP FEES
Local Pensioners, Health Care Card holders, Veterans and children will be bulk-billed for consultations. Private patients and visitors will be charged a fee ($75 for a standard consultation) payable on the day by cash, or eftpos.

Dressings performed may attract a private fee. Medicare rebates can be claimed instantly.
