APPOINTMENTS WITH YOUR DOCTOR

Please phone reception or book an appointment with your doctor online via Hot Doc. The doctors we support give priority to urgent medical problems. Please notify reception when booking if you require a longer consultation with your doctor, or if you require an interpreter for your appointment.

HOME VISITS ARE OFFERED BY YOUR DOCTOR

Your doctors offer home visits upon request for their regular patients, whose condition prevents them from attending an in-person consultation. Your doctor may charge a fee for this service.

AFTER-HOURS

For emergencies please phone 000. If you require after-hours care from your doctor, please phone 6682 4500 for instructions. Your doctor may charge a $150 fee for after-hours services.

We provide quality support to dedicated doctors so they can deliver healthcare to the community. We maintain high standards, to ensure your doctor has the equipment and services they need to provide you with exceptional medical care.

Your doctor keeps your sensitive information and medical records strictly confidential. You have the right to access your personal health information. Please see the privacy policy on our website.

The doctors we support are all committed to preventative care. A reminder notice may be issued for appropriate services. If you don’t want this service, please let reception know.

Your doctor prefers to deal with most problems with an in-person consultations, however they do offer telehealth consultations upon request to eligible patients. Your doctor may charge additional fees for telehealth services.

RECALLS

We provide doctors with a comprehensive recall system, which they use to deliver results and correspondence.  If you have any questions regarding results please contact reception, who can help you book an appointment with your doctor, if required by your doctor. Alternatively, you can leave a message for your doctor at reception. Messages are reviewed by your doctor in a timely manner. It is at your doctor’s discretion if the message requires response.

INDEPENDENT DOCTORS’ CONSULTATION FEES

Your doctor operates a mixed billing practice and may charge some consultation fees. Generally, a standard consultation with a doctor we support will incur a cost of $85, which is payable on the day of consultation. We offer doctors cash, EFTPOS, and Medicare rebate facilities.

MY MEDICARE

Doctors consulting at this practice are participating in MyMedicare – A new program introduced on 1st October 2023, aimed at strengthening the relationship between patients, doctors, and care teams. Benefits include improved communication regarding patient care between hospitals and Doctors.
