Our friendly practice manager, Rose, is available to make bookings or help in any way.

You can contact your doctor by ringing during surgery hours. Emergency calls will always be put straight through.

All patient information and medical records are strictly confidential.

A written consent to transfer medical records must be signed by the patient giving us authority to transfer records.

There is an applicable fee based on the number of pages to be copied for transfer by regular mail.

Once the fee is paid we will process the request.
