OUR PRACTICE
The Olsen Avenue Medical Centre is a fully accredited practice by AGPAL. Our friendly reception staff are available to make appointments or help you in any way.

All patient information and medical records are strictly confidential.

Our practice is conveniently located in the Parkwood Tower Plaza with ample parking and is very close to a bus stop. A pathology collection centre (SNP) is available on-site.

TELEPHONE CALLS
Your Doctor is not always available to talk to during the day. Our receptionists will endeavor to deal with any query you may have. Emergency calls will always be dealt with straight away. We encourage you to make an appointment. There is an answering service to leave a message when the surgery is closed.

FEES
Our practice will move to a MIXED BILLING centre.  Pensioners, Health Care cardholders and DVA cardholders are also bulk-billed. Some services may require an additional payment.

This practice has zero tolerance for non-attenders – therefore patients who miss their appointment without at least 24 hours prior notice will be charged a private consultation fee.

To be eligible to be bulk-billed you will need to present your current Medicare and/or Concession card. Please bring your current Medicare/Concession card with you to the surgery. If you do not have your cards you will be billed accordingly.

A list of fees is available at reception.

If you have any difficulty paying our fees at any time, please do not hesitate to discuss this with the practice manager.
