Our practice has been in Panania for over 55 years. We have a commitment to providing comprehensive general practice care to individuals and families in this community.

HOURS
The surgery is open:
Monday – Friday 8 am – 6 pm
Saturday             8 am – 12 noon
We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

APPOINTMENTS
Please ring 9772 1011 for an appointment. Patients attending without a booking will be fitted in at the earliest available time.
Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly.

HOUSE CALLS
We are happy to visit you at home if you have a physical disability or too unwell to come to the surgery. Please ring to arrange a house call.

AFTER-HOURS
When the surgery is closed, please ring the Sydney Medical Services Cooperative on 8724 6300.

OUR PRACTICE
Our practice nurse, Robina and our reception staff, Tracey, Narelle and Sarita are available to take your appointments and help you in any way.

If you need more time with the doctor, please tell the receptionist when you make your booking.

You can contact your doctor by ringing during surgery hours. Emergency calls will always be put straight through.

You should follow up test results by contacting the Surgery.

All patient information and medical records are strictly confidential.

If you have any comments or feedback, we would be happy to hear them. You may wish to discuss your concerns with the reception staff or with the doctors directly.

FEES
Payment is appreciated at the time of consultation. Please pay by MasterCard, Visa or EFTPOS.

If you are having any difficulty paying our fees at any time, please do not hesitate to discuss this with us.

We bulk bill all children, pensioners and healthcare holders.

Prescriptions and referrals will require a consultation.
