AFTER-HOURS
For Medical attention until 10pm weekdays, please call our Fernvale Surgery on 5427 0416/ 54267202. If outside these hours, the practice has an after hours arrangement with St Andrew’s Private Hospital, Ipswich, tel 3816 9999. If you prefer not to pay associated After Hours Service Fees, please contact Ipswich General Hospital on 3810 1111 or your nearest Public Hospital.

HOUSE CALLS
Home visits are available for regular patients of this practice whose condition prevents attendance at the surgery, and are at the discretion of the GP.
