APPOINTMENTS
ONLINE BOOKINGS are preferred via our website. You can also call 02 4968 9932 for an appointment. If you need more time with the doctor, please ensure to book a LONG consult.

Patients may ring at 8.30am each morning for an emergency appointment on the day.

HOME VISITS
Home visits are available in certain circumstances, please discuss with reception.

AFTER-HOURS
For After Hours service please call 137 425. For emergencies please call 000 or go to your nearest hospital.

OUR PRACTICE
Our practice is situated outside the Woolworths Shopping Centre at Warabrook. There is ample parking, with easy access for both wheelchairs and prams.

Our friendly reception staff are available to make appointments or help you in any way.

We also have 2 nurses who assist the Doctors with care plans, immunisations, dressings and other duties.

We have a policy to recall patients for follow-up appointments following abnormal results. The doctor may also ring patients with slightly abnormal results.

We also have a reminder system in place for routine appointments e.g. Care plans, Health assessments and immunisations.

Our patients opt on to National screening Reminder Systems eg Pap smear, bowel cancer screening etc. and need to inform their doctor if they do not want to be on these databases.

All feedback is welcome and taken seriously. If you are unhappy with the outcome or wish to take the matter further, you can contact Health Complaints Commission on 1800 043 159.

All patient information and medical records are strictly confidential.

TELEPHONE CALLS
Our Doctors cannot take incoming calls from Patients, however you may call and leave a detailed message with staff. The doctor will respond as necessary. Emergency calls will always be triaged immediately.

FEES
We are a private billing practice with a discounted rate available for concession card holders. A list of fees is available on our website or at reception. All billing remains at the discretion of the doctor.

Fees are payable and appreciated at the time of consultation. Medicare rebates are processed at time of payment if you have an EFTPOS card or you have registered your bank details with Medicare.

We offer bulk billed appointments for all Veterans Affairs card holders, Routine child immunisations, Chronic disease Care plans and Health Assessments.
