APPOINTMENTS

Please ring 9509 4488 for an appointment. If you need more time with the doctor, please tell the receptionist. Urgent medical problems will always be dealt with promptly.

HOUSE CALLS

We are happy to visit you at home if you are too sick to come to the surgery. Please ring 9509 4488 as early as possible. Please be aware there would usually be out of pocket costs.

AFTER-HOURS

When the surgery is closed, please ring 9509 4488.

OUR PRACTICE

Our friendly receptionists Eva, Maria, Carly, Isabella and Ava are available at all times to make bookings and help in any other way.

Our accredited Practice Nurses are Helen, Jo and Emma.

You can contact your doctor by ringing during surgery hours. Emergency calls will always be put straight through.

We welcome your suggestions for improving the quality of our service. Should you be unhappy with our service, please let us know.

If you need to discuss the complaint outside the surgery, you can contact the Health Service Commissioner, Ph: 8601 5200.

FEES

Please pay at the time of consultation by cash, cheque, Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS.

Standard consultation $97.  Public holidays and Sundays incur a different charge.  If you have any difficulty paying our fees at any time, please do not hesitate to discuss it with us.

There is a $23 charge for out of consultation requests, to be paid on pick-up.

Pensioners and Health Care Card holders are charged a discounted fee – except for Weekends and Public Holidays
