TELEPHONE CALLS AND CORRESPONDENCE
The doctors are unable to take calls while consulting with patients, please leave a message with reception and the doctor will return your call when they are able to do so.
If you have an urgent issue please make an appointment to see the doctor.
Due to security reasons the doctor does not send or receive emails to or from patients, as normal email is not encrypted and therefore sensitive medical problems need a face to face consultation with the doctor.
Alternatively you can access the secure email through OzDocsOnline, you can do this by clicking on the ‘book appointment’ link on our website or searching via the OzDocsOnline website: Google search and then either type in the doctors name or Synergy Medical Practice in the stated field. You can request referrals, prescriptions, printing/posting of results & book appointments online if you are not able to attend the practice; rules & fees apply
In most cases an appointment is required for repeat prescriptions, referrals or results. In some cases we can write your request for ongoing care as long as you have seen the doctor in the last 3 months. You can request the above through the OzDocsOnline website; rules and fees apply.
A list of our fees is on display in the waiting room. Children, Single Parents, Health Card Holders and Pensioners are bulk billed.
Payment is required at the time of the consultation. We accept cash, cheque, Mastercard and Visa.
