New research confirms that regular exercise—at any age—can boost brain health, improve memory, and help fight Alzheimer’s disease

Strength training is particularly promising. University of Sydney researchers have shown it can preserve key brain areas that are vulnerable to Alzheimer’s, with protective effects lasting up to a year after training ends.
